I ordered the wrong item! What can I do?

If you contact us before your order ships out, we are able to change the item to the correct one. Please double check that you have ordered the correct item and size that you would like!

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation for my order?

It is possible that your order has landed in our "abandoned checkouts" section. This means that your order has failed, and we do not have an open order for you.

Our online shopping system has strong security features, and usually this happens when there is a small inconsistency in the billing address used.

It is also possible that there was a typo in the email address entered at checkout. Simply email us at siyoboutique@gmail.com -we can update your email address in our systems and re-send your confirmation emails.

My package is missing an item!

We do our best to make sure every order is shipped accurately, but occasionally an error does occur. If your order arrives and an item is missing, please be sure to email us as soon as you can! We will ship the missing item to you, and you will not be charged additional shipping costs. It is important to us that you receive what you ordered!
